Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manger will work with online advertisers and ad networks to service and aid in their online audience targeting needs. Candidates must have strong working knowledge of account management and media buying practices within the online advertising and media industry.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Implementing and managing Advertiser setup in Brilig Data Marketplace
Identify and respond to real-time issues with our operations team
Introducing advertisers to Brilig Data sellers and their audience segments
Achieving quarterly targets around revenue, data delivery, optimization and repeat buys
Proactively grow existing relationships through contact with our partners
Work with internal tools and staff to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis

REQUIREMENTS

Online Media (as buyer) or Ad network account manager experience.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with good knowledge of cookies, online targeting and audience segmentation, web analytics and statistical analysis.
Experience with a variety of advertising categories and understanding of what audience segmentation works for what advertisers.
Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team oriented collaborative fashion.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, solid relationship builder.
Self-starter capable of flourishing in startup and/or un-structured environments.
Energy and passion for online advertising.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven creative thinker, who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced growth environment with prior media buyer/account management experience. You must have relevant experience in online advertising and have a solid track record and strong relationships working with advertisers.
